there is no real basis for 170Mt at 0.35% it isnt based on any drilling campaign or NI compliance. That is the reason why standards exist to prevent this blue sky numbering people attach.
Instead of 170Mt why not go with 220Mt at 0.4%??
the life of mine on extra tonnage wont be over 15 years but much longer which impacts NPV, you would have to guess there what it might look like. will be demand supply market thing.
as for recovery rates i heard it before at other company being 75% plus , never backed up with an announcement, all the evidence from multiple sources suggests that 55-65% is the range depending on the grade and ore rock.
2 drill holes will not expand much on the reserve which thus far the only data i can find is the zone D, everything else is like saying there might be life on Mars.
At such time the company releases announcements of a revised NI resource estimate and then does some met work showing recovery rates. we can revisit these calcs. but adding blue sky figures is a futile and dangerous exercise.
