Using seawolf's WAG exactly as explained = $13.5 billion niobium

Using seawolf's WAG 60% for OPEX: $8.08 billion

That's $539 million p.a.

NPV @ 10% discount = $4.097 billion I think if I used Excel's npv function correctly

Allow 500M CAPEX:

Value = $3.597 Billion
