BK: the 10K references equipment needed for the existing facility to complete material production for Flucide. Not the new facility.

You say: "Moreover, all the pointing to statements about the reasons for slow progress in scaling up, that has to remain in the 10K until scale up is complete AND the GMP facility is fully functional and producing cGMP material at scale. Seymour has repeatedly said that they already have the equipment."

10K says: "While we have made significant progress in this scale up program at our current facility, certain key equipment pieces that we need are still on back order at present with certain vendors. After these equipment pieces arrive, we will need to set them up, validate them and then use them for the operations they are intended for. This continues to be an item causing delays in our goal of making sufficient quantities of FluCide for the tox package study and it is outside of the Company’s control."

As of september (or later) they do not have the equipment needed at the easing (old) facility to produce sufficient quantities of flucide for Tox testing. That is perfectly clear.

Regardless, both you and the 10K agree that scale up is not complete. I can't imagine a 200g batch was what they were referring to when they were talking about Kg scale up.

But with NNVC's math and ability to change time, maybe 200g = 1 kg.

The SwingTrade Portfolio is up 42.1% YTD through 8/8/2014, 83.5% in 2013, and 537.4% since inception.
