You are misreading the safe harbor statement. Of course they have the equipment. As I said, and you can call it bullshit all you want, the Qs and Ks have to keep that language from way back 9 months ago until the new facility is up and operational. That's just a fax of life in the post Sarbanes-Oxley world of EDGAR compliant quarterlies.
