HTI & Delta You have that wrong Johnny. Charges were filed against Delta Electronics by Process Electronics as part of the 162 page
Breach of Contract suit against HTI/AHS and the Calloways.

Charges against Delta were dismissed by Process Oct 7 2013:
"Dismissal with prejudice as to separate defendant, Delta Group
Electronics Inc."

Charges against Calloway(Mr & Mrs) were dismissed WITHOUT prejudice June 18 2014.

HTI/AHS did file Cross & Counter Claims against HTI/AHS/Calloways but not Delta. I don't think that HTI ever had any kind of formal contract with Delta as they did with Process.
