Can you offer any perspectives, analysis, opinions, of what transpired in regards to Delta, the substance of their legal action to pursue and the reasons for their case being dropped by the courts?
I'd like to understand how and why Delta would launch a legal action only to have it tossed. I mean, it's not exactly as though Delta is just a little bone head company. However, somebody didn't have their ducks in a row. Did Delta lead the withdraw as they knew seeking recoveries would be in vain and more costly than justifiable or did their legal staff screw up with putting together a case for not?
Perhaps this is not clearly divulged in court documents. But if it is, I would find it interesting to know some of the story behind the Delta action to file, what their grievance was, and the courts decision to disqualify, if that was the case. Thank you.
