reds, poetf website has a pdf about their tech being developed and they do talk about polymers as part of their "longer term solution" but for now it appears they are focused on inorganic gallium arsenide (from my earlier post 13384)

interestingly the poetf stock rocketed up recently to about 2.50, now it sits at about 1.20ish after a quick fall to the .80's, but their market cap is still 400% of lwlg
