So, lets say that each defendant does not want to risk losing the infringement case, they all settle like WAG....If MMR is so CONFIDENT of much more money because of a customer base number...why would MMRF settle for the WAG amount?

Thats right, WAG saved a bunch, how did it help MMRF? PPS is .021, How did that help? Didn't even pay a salary, did it?

Doesn't make sense why MMRF would want to settle when much bigger amounts could possibly come from a trial, right?
