Defendants don't want to risk a loss or partial loss in this patent infringement with MMR BECAUSE That could cost them millions based on their customer base....main reason why WAG settled long time ago. WAG saved a ton of money with settlement. Remember WAG has over 8,000 stores with hundreds of thousands or millions of customers. Defendants CAN NOT RISK losing this case. Risk vs Reward. Go MMR.
