In the preclinicals, a slide from the Jeffries presentation showed:

Tumor
clearance
throughout body after
direct injection
into only a few tumors.

They appear to understand this, and were probably liminted in Phase I first in man to inject only 1 tumor to make sure it didn't cause a deadly immune reaction, as Linda said in her presentation, the immune system is powerful and can be very toxic as seen in some of the other immune therapies. It would make sense that they would inject more than one tumor in Phase II.
