USEI posted pictures of their supposed kitchen in Colorado where various edibles were to be made.

USEI claimed to be in the process of opening a dispensary in Colorado.

USEI stated operating in Washington will be easy and they have many partnerships in the State.

USEI stated they have many agreements with Washington bakers to make edibles there.
