So in that S1 filing it seems like all shareholders are filing to sell their shares? I am a little confused about that.

Another article I read made it sound like there was going to be a logical progression of the 8% shareholders to sell their shares, but like you said I haven't heard an update.

Can you elaborate on the S-1 filings and the implications?
