There has been news surrounding the gaming boards decision to sanction the Familian involvement, but I haven't seen anything else on the status of those two selling their 8% positions, thus my question to you. In the recent application filing for the two dispensaries in the city of LV, both of them are not listed as a partner, as well as Bruce Raben.

As far as Lazarus is concerned, they have two funds, one US and one Israeli. They have combined 4mil shares at .50 and rights to 4mil warrants at 1.00 and 4mil at 2.00.
