I have had warrants in my account before. 1 warrant = 1 share and you have to exercise them in a given time frame. on the ones i was offered back then the market price was around .05 an warrants were being offered for .12 Which i recieved 1 warrant per 100 Shares held in that company with 6 months to Exercise them.
