I might be getting confused between warrants and shares..to be honest I don't really get warrants, haven't taken the time to research it...but the 1.5 million they put in the company, was it not at the per share price of 4 and 5 cents? If this is correct, you'd think they wouldn't put the shares on the market unless they plan on taking a loss.

This correct?

Anyone with a good graphene stock please let me know :)
