I have checked with Dimension and there are NO restrictions or injunctions on them using ANY of their technology or patents. Any statement saying otherwise is just untrue. What is in question is what they will do with the empty tmm shell after the case is over.

Absolutely correct Jay............I can guarantee you that if there was NOT an injunction as you stated on those patents, and we know there definitely is, the defendants probably would have a signed contract by now which flowed from one of those LOIs they got at NAB! So, without a doubt you are right, the court stopped them from developing stolen intellectual TECHNOLOGY...... so NO contracts for them forever---AIN'T JUSTICE SWEET!!!!!! IN DEMENTIA'S CASE, THERE WONT EVEN BE AN EMPTY SHELL LEFT----JUST SOME PERSONAL BANKRUPTCIES!! I TRIED CALLING DEMENTIA ALSO, AND COULDN'T GET THRU TO HAWAII--I THINK THE NUMBER IS OUT OF ORDER........LLOL.

IN THE MEANTIME TMMI CONTINUES TO DO IT'S R&D WITH RAYTHEON IN ANTICIPATION OF MEGA CONTRACTS COMING DOWN THE PIKE.
