There you go again....guaranteeing something of which you have no knowledge. There is no injunction at this time. If TMMI were to win this case they would probably then get one. TMMI's lawyer asked for an injunction but it wasn't granted.

Is there anything else you wish to guarantee? Stock price maybe?

Agreed!!.It's all about"Patent & Trademark Infringement Litigation law" Also Judge Ellsworth made it very clear "Tenative Ruling" The Plaintiffs have already ask for the "Permament Injunction"Which will take place after they win this case!!. What we have here is a "Preliminary Injunction", entered by a court prior to a final determination of the merits of a legal case, in order to restrain a party from going ahead with a course of conduct or compelling a party to continue with a course of conduct until the case has been decided.And you're right,if there was NO Injunction the Defendants would of moved forward with those LOI's that they bragged about this past April..
