Well you are going with an official PR, which is good and accurate, but full of boiler room language. This aids you in a way you've just demonstrated. Lawyers do protect themselves. But then when an article comes out, his out is being able to say he is misquoted. Either way he is protected. Given that the article was roughly 40 days after the protocol PR, and the protocol initiated weeks prior to that PR, Kim was in a good position to say that it has been eliminated. Are you willing to grant that the language means even a reduction, is a fix for the variability?
