All three PR's this week are clearly germane to Baltia's Certification process and also clearly suggest that Certification is nigh.
An airline doesn't need ground handling unless there's going to be something to handle, which clearly implies an aircraft is going to need "on-load, off-load" service as a result of having flown somewhere.
An airline doesn't need fuel unless they intend to actually fly their aircraft to-and-from somewhere.
An airline doesn't need on-site maintenance unless their aircraft requires maintenance as a result of having flown somewhere.
Baltia will get its FAA Certification
Baltia will be flying the route between New York and St. Petersburg
Baltia will succeed and the only thing that will prevent their success is some exogenous event entirely outside of Baltia's control.
