Just curious if a benzodiazepine is given routinely in combination with the Propofol? If so then that could limit the utility of an Ampakine, since as you said, the risk of seizure is increased by suddenly reversing the benzodiazepine. On the other hand, if Propofol is usually given alone, then using an Ampakine as reversal agent would be no problem.
