who said all my eggs were in one basket ??? i surely didn't.
i have my stock portfolio divided amongst income producing stocks (dividends) ... very safe stocks ... and a small part of my portfolio assigned to an occasional riskier type investment - like uspr
the riskier type portfolio assumes i can lose the whole investment - but the rewards have to be immense ... already have close to a triple --- and i think this could go up 10X's from here within a year .... maybe higher
point i was making, why would i want to reduce my holdings in uspr - and have cash - or have to choose another risk type stock - when i consider uspr to be the best risk-reward stock i have seen in years
so why take a profit, and have cash accumulating at less than 5% - or worse, be forced to pick another riskier type stock --- which will have a higher risk than uspr --- since i consider the risk on uspr to be close to zero --- despite what other posters say, uspr has a boat load of gold --- when the potential reward is so incredibly great
