On this occasion Russo is correct in his thoughts, all your eggs in one basket is a suicidal investment strategy.

USPR may turn out to be a once in a lifetime stock however history dictates that its more likely to fail than succeed. That's the way an OTC investment should be made.

diversification is a wise investment strategy, I am a believer in USPR but it should not override common sense..
