Even during this so called quiet time they can issue PRs if they are of substance (real news) after all this is a publicly traded stock , it is their duty, and obligation to keep stock holders (possibly in this case; bag holders) informed, a duty which this management doesn't believe in or maybe there is just nothing to issue a PR about?
