there's nothing to report because they are going out of business and have no products to sell. just waiting on that last little pump to 10 cents then it will sub penny after that. i don't know why anyone thinks this stock should be at the levels it is right now. they have absolutely NOTHING. well maybe they are starting to stack on debt so that is something. sub penny written all over it. if they haven't gotten their chit together by this point they never will. BUT rest assured there will be a tiny pump filled with more bull to cover those shares that were bought and sewer seems to think is gold. and maybe one day all the optimists on here will finally see this for what it is. every time "quiet period" is brought up i just have to laugh. especially when someone makes a crack that it really is something that happens because they looked it up on investopedia. child please. quiet period for a company like this means they done f-ed up and are throwing in the towel. call me a basher or a pessimist all you want but it seems as if wm continues to prove me right.
Doug is correct.... so let's follow what most of you guys are saying.... they kept quiet on PR's, even though if one or more are a material event....
so if the company entered into or there was a material event and an insider made a purchase of stock, gee.... wouldn't that be trading on insider information?
Yep.
so there were no material events that have happened during the 'quiet period'.
