Congress talks a lot about forming Commissions. A Commission that we badly need is one to go through the mountains of regulations and eliminate the kind of tyrannical nitpicking ones that are mentioned in the video.

To the population at large they appear to be nitpicking but they can be ruinous to citizens that are hit with them.

Then there are the regulations that are not nitpicking. The ones that are killing the coal industry, that are locking up millions of acres to protect 'threatened " species. Not endangered species.

Examples are the spotted owl that has killed the lumber industry, the desert tortious, the sage brush lizard the enviro freaks are trying to use to stop oil & gas activities in the Permian Basin. That area produces 20% of America's onshore production.

The EPA and Department of Interior have created growth and job killing regulations under Democrat & Republican Administrations. However the Obama Administration has taken the practice to a new level. Mainly in the name of Green Energy.
