The fact that Falak Properties got approved for a $3 billion dollar line of credit makes you wonder if it is for the execution of these other projects mentioned indirectly from this article from 2012. Obviously they have not been officially announced but their were other projects under contract thru Seawind that have remained under wraps or not progressed at all.

Anybody have any comments?
