It does not make sense. Why get approved for $3 billion dollars in credit if you only need $250 million dollars for the one dam project? Where are the other projects for the rest of the $2.75 billion dollars. I guess maybe 3Power can do a pitch now with the Albanian government and say look we have X amount of credit approved lets negotiate on future projects that we will fund and own and operate... Thoughts guys???
