More importantly, where are the 10-Q's every three months and 10-K's for the last two years? They are severely delinquent and SMKY is what is known as a dark filer.

A dark filer that recently revived itself out of nowhere with some BS press releases and 8-K's, even though they have not rectified the missing 10-K's situation.

Good news for the stock is the SEC is overloaded and sometimes slow to act. FINRA as well, although their official position regarding enforcements is an advisory one.

Bad news is this is all highly suspect and SMKY could be legally suspended on any day despite what they say.
