2.) The Harvest

*** The MMJ Dispensary was the #1 patient referral service for MMJ clients in the State of CO.

Key Question & Answer Session with Steve Amato
(Manager of Emerald Med Farms; not verbatim, but fairly close.)

Question: How can Emerald Med Farms legally operate here on a vast piece of land?
Steve Amato: Emerald Med Farms has paid a lot of money in attorney's fees to get it right. We utilize the Agricultural Medical Exception (Exemption) law. We are a Research Development Center specializing in CBD (Cannabidiol) studies specializing with Medical Doctors, as well as Scientists. We are agriculturally licensed for Essential Oils and Medical procedures in the CBD world now. See below for CBD info:

Question: The next big question is how will the distribution network generate a profit for QED (QEDN)?
Steve Amato: Emerald Med Farms, is a wholly owned subsidiary of QEDN and is a For Profit Company, contracted through the Non Profit Companies. We own all the assets for the Non Profits to operate. Emerald Med Farms is contracted to 7 major dispensaries from Los Angeles to San Diego. Additionally, we are opening up our own Long Beach, CA shortly.

Question: Is there progress on the 1st harvest?
Steve Amato: The harvest is through to completion. Now we are in the drying and trimming process.

Question: Besides OG Kush and Sour Diesel, are there other strains Emerald Med Farms is incorporating?
Steve Amato: Every week we are incorporating more and more genetics that are proven. We are also going into special strains for Charlotte's Web for patients suffering in the later stages of cancer. There seems to be a great need there also:

Our whole focus at Emerald Med Farms is to find these cutting edge opportunities.

Question: Are there other additional technologies you are working on and developing?
Steve Amato: We are going deeply into the Nutraceutical market, CBD and edibles using our proprietary patent pending technology developed out of Stanford University. Additionally, we are able to measure the proper THC dosing Nutritional Supplements and importantly for the Pharmaceutical world.

Question: None of the others can utilize this type of dosing measuring?
Steve Amato: For anyone or any company to do this, they would be stepping on the toes of this Patent.

Question: Where do you see the Company at this time next year?
Steve Amato: As a multi-million dollar Company. There is no doubt about it. The foundation is being set. As we are speaking, the 1st harvest is almost to completion. By this time next year, there is no dout that the Company will be a multi-million dollar operation.

Part 2: The Harvest

Courtesy of The Matrix Investment Group, below are some pictures of the marijuana plants that were cut down and are in the process of being trimmed/dried/cured to be part of the upcoming harvest from QEDN/Emerald Med Farms of which we are expecting an update of such details in the near future:
