Scep, you are correct. Since Viropro was .04 based upon Spectrum deal which fell through, Viropro was only worth .01 in April 2001; so Alpha shares for Viropro shares was perhaps about even. Alpha is only valuable asset; so you are again correct.The problem is Alpha mess makes difficult to get auditor to sign off. Since you demanded financials be completed one year ago and have same demand now; your even and consistent approach is very refreshing. Without audited financials don't know if any equity in Alpha.
