As SH pur some money, I don't think there is any issue with Alpha. I don't really worry about Alpha. Don't forget, no Alpha no value. When they struck the deal with SH, we had a "false" value due to the fake deal with Spectrum. At the end of the day, it was monopoly money. But for now, Alpha is what we have left
