Courts are clearing out, SEC job done,
Now the question lies with JB
and the new admin regime. I think the
decision to have Buckman immediately take
control, the same day the SEC judgment
was published, would be the right move
to prepare the distance on paper
from the mistakes of the past
because maybe, just maybe,
the future holds something. Hartwell
was carefully positive, I think, and I
hope to know why in the future.
Oh: And I would take down a website
before a new one went up--
which is what they've done so far.
It would be confusing to do it other ways.
