At stock price of 0.0099, I am sure no investor(s) will want to participate in the PP at $1 unless he is a big investor who wants to have a good pie of the company (21%). Now how can the company make it an attractive deal (PP @ $1) is to start releasing some juicy news such as new contracts, followed by substantial share price increase. I highly believe that PGCX will follow this route, especially that the MMs can easily move the stock price due to being traded on the pink sheet.
