I have to correct myself on part of that last post
If you look at latest S-1/A filing, the date of the prospectus is no longer Feb 28th, but now Aug. 19th, giving them at least 180 days from that date to sell 35mil shares, or at least 25mil on a straight sale basis.

Have they even sold any so far?

Can they just keep re-dating the prospectus to start the process over?

This should not be something that prevents contracts from being announced, as it didn't stop them in July when they announced that first one. The offering had been going on for months already when that was announced, so I'm sure the same can be done again.

That's what I want to see!!
