when shareholders become dissatisfied with the carrots they have been fed and begin asking hard questions, when you created a target date and gave yourself tons of extra time to "get er done" and fail and you know even more hard questions are coming.... well apparently thats a good time to go into a "quiet" period...

maybe kim should give shareholders a time line for the quiet period...lets see if he can meet THAT target date...lol
