The court has not said that information is public. In fact the court will be likely hold those who released that information in contempt of court next.

The SEC has not said anything about the court case much less declared it to be public information. If it was intended to be public information by the court, the court would have published it, which they did not. I fund that fact alone most disturbing and revealing.
