Post not directed to me but my take is if the SEC can't prove delivery we MIGHT stand a chance, however small, of making a case. AND, if discovery shows other errors they don't want publicized we could wake up with a quietly completed reinstatement done after an agreed upon gag order.

Like the wind, it all just blows away. Admittedly, all just wishful thinking.


But when you do alms, let not your left hand know what your right hand does:
