claiming many layers of protection sounds nice...but its just words...could be only one may have an issue and they may decide they have no case...

"would be infringer"...lol...what is that?...someone who accomplishes what kblb has failed to do?...someone who does it differently but will be sued anyway?...

what you are failing to realize is that kblb's patent doesnt cover EVERYTHING...it cant...it didnt cover everything that had not been thought of either...this is cutting edge biotech...those patents are sitting on the shelf getting older and less relevant by the day while that cutting edge biotech is moving forward everyday...how much longer are those patents even going to matter much?...

sial, sgmo?....its all about the money for them...and kblb aint making any for them...they will go where the money is...at this point, i doubt they will too overly concerned with kblb...

kim made money for the companies he worked for suing others...those companies had the money and paid kim to do it...and i doubt he won them all...

but can kim do it all on his own dime and time?...or rather kblb shareholders money?...while running the company as well?...supposedly he doesnt even have the time to keep shareholders informed as it is...

its all well and good to talk lawsuits , infringement and partners...its quite another to do it yourself or get someone else to want to spend their time and money to do it... particularly if they are better off with them than you...
