$OPXS chart here says the rally to .25/share has begun!!!
I expect a massive Eliot C wave up (waves A and B are completed) to silver land at least .25 share with all the massive defense sector spending that is about to cut loose. With an election pending the hawks on both sides are going to turn loose $$$$s to fight Russia and ISIS on two fronts now. The other indicators are all on a full blown buy like a mad man signal for this week.
