The 14-D9 is out. Always interesting to read about discussions leading up to the deal.

The interesting stuff starts at around page 15. A couple interesting things:
- Seems Shire or BMRN [I think the later] were likely interested (very early) but likely got way too expensive for them.
- They did try to sell the company before data and after EU approval but nothing developed to offer though Roche did have draft merger agreement at one point.
- First Roche offer was 7/26 at $70/share
- 8/1 received offer from another company at $57/share
