"I think you are mistaken assuming they are going to increase to 4ooo at this time." I'm sorry it that's what you got out of my post. Poorly worded most likely culprit...LOL. It just struck me as odd why they would even be putting that out there when current capacity is more than adequate and probably will be for years to come.
