I did not recall this, so I pulled up the 2007 10K document and in the Balance Sheet Equity section of the 2007 vs 2006 Balance Sheet it shows,

Common stock $0.001 par value, 100,000,000 authorized
33,690,075 and 27,888,750 issued and outstanding at
December 31, 2007 and 2006

Purple where are you seeing 50 mil to 100 mil in 2008 as this does not seem right based on the 2007 10K doc ?
