ECDC Arguments are Falling apart IMO

Perhaps more ECDC Due Diligence is what is leading to decreased trading Volume Ha Ha

Perhaps more ECDC Due Diligence is what has lead to ECDC's ZERO BID situation?

A feather in the cap of Verizon? That is a mouthful. Thinking outside the box of Lo volume, no bid and a few other concerns repeatedly offered, regarding ECDC problems. The ECDC/ Student Connect feather in the cap of Verizonn deserves some more consideration.

The USA is divided up into sections with varied, assigned individual, sales force team members having choices on what he believes the govt. School districts can use of the Verizon portfolio of school products.

Talk about a feather in Verizon's cap? What about thinking outside the box, to each of the USA Verizon sections and each individual Verizon marketer who chooses which of the Verizon portfolio products that might benefit his own given district area???

Anyone out ther in Sales or marketing, ??? who understands what it means to successfully market a product to an entire school district, and help see it to fruition? What would that mean for that individual marketer? What feather might that place in his cap, and where might that lead?

Statement of it being a great idea, at $ 0.00 cost to schools, taxpayers.... Is something a Verizon rep would strongly consider. Yes there are likely some little challenges in each district! But that's why one might lean on the incredible national proven successes ans experience of Verizon.

Incidentally, Verizon sales has never even shown a fragment of interest in this stock ' s action., Never has a ny interest the ECDC PPS , lo volume , or no bid, that has come to light. For them that seems irrelevant, regardless of anyone else's concerns , as I have experienced. They are on a totally different track. Never heard them even discuss it, or negatives on no bid .

It might take some DUE DILIGENCE digging to sort that ALL out, but the worst that can be offered at this point is that many lips are sealed, and possibly for survival of a rollout. Is there an abundance of information available? Lips seem sealed. And they may stay sealed for some time. Holding shares.

This bus safety product , It is a good idea of ECDC. Many believe that. Each to his own decision, and own statement of IMO. ..... .... ... The single focus on "no bid ".....or "low volume " or ... May simply be a polite invitation to dump ones shares , no need for further discussion at all. Just sell as time permits, by placing shares up for sale. Shares ARE selling and the ask numbers are fluctuating. No hard feelings if not the satisfaction looking for. And freedom to hold on to shares exists as well ...Other great investments out there, right? If not satisfied. Free to contentedly choose, either way.

No intention here to hold down the ECDC PPS by any of Bx3 ideas, and no desire to inflate price prematurely. All stated here is IMO. Not an advisor. ECDC!!!

It's now August 27th 2014....what exactly at ECDC needs to be considered Classified information....Huh?


Please provide REAL Proof that Verizon will pay ECDC even so much as a dime of Revenue for StudentConnect

Also where is the list of Advertisers for StudentConnect?

Doesn't this CEO and Company Insiders also have the right to stop living off of Public Funds? Is it time for ECDC to go Private?

IMO, if ECDC is too sensitive to public scrutiny for lack of productivity...might the better option be to go Private?
