Hey Vulcan4,

Thanks for your response. I agree with you that the company will have to step up on PR's and routine updates. Given the share scale of their projects around the world, they will have to have a very efficient and effective marketing and PR department. I agree the key will be to put out frequent PR's, perhaps on a weekly basis. They have to be proactive and forward thinking going forward. WERPO has the potential to become a successful multi-national company with a global reach. My only concern is that they may not have the technical manpower to deliver and bring all these projects to fruition. Once this technology is proven and actual power plants are brought on line, bids will quadruple almost immediately. Will they have the organizational structure, capital and manpower to deliver? It's possible they have this sized up already, with subcontractors ready to jump in and start completing these projects. One consolation is that Israelis are very innovative and very good at responding to challenges. It's possible that a lot of employment opportunities will open up post-merger, once the company begins to fill pending and outstanding contracts. With SDE going public, we the shareholders will have significant power and rights once we let our voices heard and speak or vote in unison. I am glad I am part of this company. With your sound business acumen and analytical skills, I see you playing a significant role in this company, and I just don't mean on the sidelines :) I hope this post is not removed for being off topic, but folks in Tampa and the Carolinas need to keep an eye on the tropical disturbance over the Bahamas. Folks there could have Cristobal to deal with. Blessings! STEVEN.
