I highly recomend they build these units in modules, so if/when there's a break down that individual unit can be pulled out and taken back to land for fabrication/repair to quickly replaced it with a new refurbished module, to keep steady flow of power. That and the ability to lower them in/out due to nature of repairing on break-points. But I'm sure they'v already thought things like this.
