something tells me kim doesnt know when ms will be ready for anything..but i suspect he knows it isnt anytime soon...and not wanting to confirm, deny or otherwise be truthful, hes decided that to say nothing is best...

but the line about nd's is a good excuse...kim appears quite content to let shareholders go with that if they wish...
