Maybe I'm crazy but change of auditors may have affected the lack of SEC filings by China Logistics.

Filing Date Company Location Old Auditor New Auditor Dismissal / Resignation

11/12/2013 China Logistics Group, Inc. China RBSM LLP HHC, CPA Dismissal

1/10/2014 China Logistics Group, Inc. China HHC, CPA RBSM LLP Dismissal

HHC, CPA was a new auditor for only 2 months.

Filings stopped in 2014 (Jan. 28) upon change in auditor. Never filed a scheduled 10-K or anything else thereafter.
