You all do realize that this is only a discovery to prove that the FHFA is indeed the government right?

Seriously. .. how hard would it be to find documents indicating that they are controlling the GSEs as a government regulator / conservator rather than as a non-governmental agency.

That's all that is being looked for right now. Has nothing to do with what documents can help them "win" the case but I'm sure anything nasty will be used and... recycled for future case use.
