If GILD raises the price of standalone Sovaldi, GT2 patients can take Sovaldi + Ledipasvir for 8 weeks instead of Sovaldi + ribavirin for 12 weeks. (From a pricing standpoint, 8 weeks of Sovaldi + Ledipasvir will likely be a good option for GT2 patients even without a price increase for standalone Sovaldi.)
