Overview
United Communications Partners Inc. (UCP) is a communications holding company comprised of award winning, innovative, full service marketing agencies. Incorporated in the US, but the company’s origins are in Europe, particularly the Nordic region. After growing its operations in other European countries, UCP is now expanding business to the United States. The company is pioneering performance-based marketing and growing client business with advanced digital capabilities, business development services and creative deal structuring. Since its inception in 2007, revenues have increased exponentially. Just recently, the company reported second quarter 2014 revenues of $12.6 million and 1st half 2014 revenues of $23.7m which translates into a growth rate exceeding 100% year-over-year. All growth in organic and no shares were issued since January 2012.

The UCP network consists of the award winning agencies Tre Kronor Media (Sweden, Denmark, Finland), InSight (Norway) HOWCOM (Sweden, Finland, Germany), Nyheter 365 (Sweden) and Abrego/ Nativeclicks (Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland and Austria). In 2013, Tre Kronor issued a convertible note receivable to Vision in Media Ltd. which operates in the UK. Upon maturity, the note is convertible into a 30% non-controlling stake in the British company. In April 2014, UCP announced the formation of Tre Kronor Marketing New York in partnership with Horizon Media. The company reported to already handle its first 4 client assignments in the United States.

Also in April 2014, UCPA's wholly-owned subsidiary Tre Kronor Media has been chosen to represent Columbus Media International as the exclusive partner agency in the Nordics, including Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Columbus unites the world’s leading independently owned media agencies and provides them with global breadth and reach. The Columbus collective is made up of over 40 members serving global clients in 60 markets worldwide. Total media spend generated exceeds $7bn annually. As part of this agreement, UCP also reported the close collaboration with Horizon Media, the founding member and US partner agency of the Columbus network (http://www.horizonmedia.com/).
